I have first hand experience of juggling a hundred balls at once. We all lead super busy lives and there is an immense pressure on us to do more, be more, earn more. For many of us, we're doing all this plus trying to raise healthy, well-fed kids. It's a tough gig these days.

As your Nutritionist and Naturopath I will help you feel amazing and improve your health through food and nutrition as well as healthy lifestyle tips. I will show you how food can be totally delicious and easy while being nutrient dense, high in antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, simple to make, and nourishing for your body on a cellular level. I am very realistic and I believe in simplicity- my clients gain best results with small, gradual changes that together create a bigger cumulative effect. I try to 'add in' new and better alternatives rather than eliminating whole food groups permanently, which unless essential for medical reasons, can lead to disordered eating and can be very unhealthy.

We are all unique individuals with different nutritional needs depending on our lifestyle and environment - so just as no two people are the same, no two health plans will ever be the same. I will tailor a treatment plan for you and work out what your body needs to perform at it's best and then put together an eating plan that is not only beneficial and nutritious, but satisfying,sustainable and delicious!

My clinical experience includes naturopathy, nutritional and lifestyle medicine, diagnostic and functional testing, body composition analysis, dietary modifications, lifestyle coaching, Iridology, tissue salt and flower remedy dispensing, general homeopathy and general herbal recommendations. I will use these tools to help you achieve your personal health goals.
